Dario Zanichelli is the founder of Chicagoland CPAs, a boutique accounting and tax firm dedicated to serving self-employed individuals and small business owners looking to grow.  With over 30 years of experience, he provides practical, no-nonsense guidance to clients who expect more than basic tax preparation.

Dario began his career as an entrepreneur at age 16, building a landscape company from the ground up into a multi-crew operation serving hundreds of weekly clients. That firsthand experience continues to shape how he advises business owners today to focus on profitability, structure, and long-term sustainability.

After earning his degree in commerce and accounting from DePaul University, Dario founded his CPA firm in 1994. Since then, he has worked closely with business owners to manage taxes proactively, maintain accurate financials, and make sound decisions with confidence.

His firm specializes in tax planning, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll, delivered through a structured, relationship-driven approach. Dario is known for setting clear expectations, holding clients accountable, and helping them stay organized so they can focus on growing their business.
