San Antonio, TX, May 6, 2026 — The Professional Association of Small Business Accountants held its 20th annual awards ceremony at the 2026 Spring Marketing & Technology Conference in San Antonio last week. Six well-deserving members were honored with awards during the conference awards ceremony. The winners were chosen in four award categories, including PASBA Firm of the Year.
Dario Zanichelli, of Chicagoland CPAs was selected as the 2026 Medium Practice recipient of the Association’s Accounting Firm of the Year Award. Nominated by his peers, this honor recognizes members who consistently demonstrate the Association’s core motto of Teach, Share, Learn.
A member of the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants since 2007, Mr. Zanichelli has demonstrated long-standing dedication and active involvement in the PASBA community. He serves on the Conference Planning Committee and is an active participant in his Financial Review Group (FRG), while also being a regular conference attendee, past speaker, and moderator. Known for his consistent engagement in PASBA forums and initiatives, he has contributed meaningfully to collaboration and member development. His sustained commitment and leadership continue to strengthen the organization and support the success of fellow members.
